I'm a London-based freelance UX designer who works with creative studios, product teams, and brands. I generally join at moments of change: launching new features, expanding product ranges, entering new markets. The moments when growth creates complexity for users, and the experience needs to make sense again.
Depending on the needs of the project, I look at the whole journey or zoom in on specific features. I work closely with stakeholders and developers, and I stay involved throughout so decisions and thinking carry all the way to what gets built.
