Sass’ Café has been an iconic dining and nightlife institution in Monaco for more than 30 years.

It has been known for blending Mediterranean cuisine with a high-energy, festive atmosphere and a long-standing reputation as a favourite destination for high-profile guests.

Sass AlUla was a temporary fine-dining pop-up in AlUla, running across the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 seasons. It transported the electric, glamorous spirit of SASS Monaco into a dramatic desert setting under the stars and surrounded by scenic rock formations.

Created in partnership with Experience AlUla, it offered Riviera-style luxury to visitors exploring the region as part of the destination’s activation programme.
